Strong sexual innuendos with references to anal sex, anal birth, necrophilia, oral sex, masturbation, female strippers & homoerotic jokes.

A chain attached from nipple to genital is seen comedically coming through attire on a few brief occasions. 

Kissing scenes from the first Deadpool movie is shown in flashbacks. No Nudity. 

Very brief reference of vaginal sex.

Deadpool tells Happy that he "smashturbated". This entails masturbation but with 'plastic hulk hands'

Tons of sexual references and jokes, some are visual. An example being in the opening scene Deadpool stabs a man in the crotch with a bone and it appears like he is giving him a handjob.

Deadpool says "there are 206 bones in the human body. 207 when I'm watching gossip girl!"

Violence & Gore

Exaggerated comical action violence throughout which is insanely stylized but incredibly bloody and gory. All over-the-top while played for laughs and spectacle.

Stabbings, decapatations, a head explode, dismemberments, bodies explode into gory messes

Graphic gory injury detail, occasionally fast-paced and quick second shots.

At the beginning there is an extended and gory sequence of violence where Deadpool uses a persons bones to stab, dismember and bludgeon many soldiers. There is exaggerated and blood soaked slow motion shots of blood splashing everywhere, people's bodies and heads being impaled, limbs flying off and heads being crushed in. The sequence is comedic, however, and is very comical.

This is the most violent and bloody Deadpool movie yet.

Deadpool and Wolverine break out into a fight inside a van where they slash, kick, and punch at each other with lots of blood splatter. Wolverine uses his blades and Deadpool uses multiple types of blades. The car seats both characters' costumes are quickly covered in blood. At one point, Wolverine breaks Deadpools arm at the elbow and his arm is briefly disfigured before reverting back to normal. We also see Deadpool's head get impaled. This is insanely bloody but also funny.

Two characters fight in bloody, exaggerated detail as they viscously stab and impale each other. One character also uses a gun to shoot another countless times and they both end up covered in blood, one of them with blades sticking out from all over their body.

A man is used as a human shield and is shot countless times. Blood sprays and oozes out of the holes in his body and pours out of his mouth. Eventually he has his head exploded into pieces and brain goes all over the place including another man's head. The goriest/grossest scene in the film.

There is a prolonged fight sequence where countless Deadpool clones are stabbed, dismembered and brutally bludgeoned. Severed limbs fly everywhere, blood soaks the environment and sprays left and right and the sequence ends with everywhere being blood covered.

A frenetic battle sequence that is far less graphic than the others in the film but still shows blood and people blowing up in all of the chaos

So far, this is without a doubt the most brutally violent film of the entire MCU.

Pervasive strong profanity:

118 uses of "fuck" Two uses of cunt.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking Jokes made about cocaine using many popular nicknames, but the scene is comedic. 

Wolverine is seen drinking frequently. Wolverine drinks rubbing alcohol because he can't find any actual alcoholic drinks.
